Information on arrival

Included services: Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Payment terms: For a binding booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due. The remaining amount must be transferred to the account provided by us no later than 14 days before arrival. A tourist tax is also payable on site.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations after this time will incur a 90% cancellation fee unless re-letting is possible.

Arrival: From 3:00 PM
Departure: Until 10:00 a.m.

We ask you to leave the apartment tidy and clean upon departure.

Upon your arrival, our property manager will warmly welcome you, hand over the keys, and provide important information. Please note that the tourist tax is payable in cash and the registration forms must be completed upon arrival.
